In this quarterly series, a professional herbalist from the Boston School of Herbal Studies, will guide attendees through a specific formulation, offering suggestions for substitutions to meet tailored needs.
Each tea night will have a theme- join them all or pick the ones that resonate most with your needs and health goals.
